Yep, sweettart and yummy pies. We were early this time. I started the session with a gulp of coffee to perk me up. I’m so sleepy. We didn’t get to sleep coz we spent the morning checking out the new condo near our office. Ha! as if we are ready to get one now. Anyways, it’s nice to at least check what’s in store around our workplace.
The chef was the best so far. She mentioned that she loves baking but not as much as culinary arts. I agree that she rarely measure the ingredients which is the basic of baking but she does well though. She is a teacher and our impression is that she is a strict one. She did everything fast and organized. The recipes are easy to do and the ingredients are basic so I guess I won’t have a hard time trying it at home. I’m not gonna post the recipes, not yet. I’ll have my kids judge my experiments first, hehe.
So there, I was hoping to get some pics of her but she’s kinda either snob or shy. She’s pretty and I like her. I just don’t wanna conclude afterwards. Oh well, Bessie took a pic anyway.
